Kandysoft Global Corporation, a pioneer in the development of state of the art application software, has developed a customized version
of the Mobile “Pathfinder” in order to cater to the Holcim’s specific requirements.

The Pathfinder Mobile Application has been used exclusively by Holcim’s Sales & Marketing Staff in the field to capture market information such as competitor’s data for market decisions making by Holcim Head Office in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The main objective
of this module is to capture all the required market data in most simplistic manner without adding any burden to its users (i.e. field sales force).

The critical data sourced through the Pathfinder Mobile Application is transmitted via GPRS to Head Office. The dispersed nature of Holcim’s Distributor Channels into remote parts of the country where communication infrastructure is not adequate for reliable data transmission to occur, Kandysoft’s technical team met this challenge head-on and ensured successful implementation of the project to
the satisfaction of the Holcim Management and the Staff.
